You won’t regret taking a trip down to K-town to try Turntable Chicken Jazz, located on the corner of 32nd Street and 5th Avenue. You do however, have to find a nondescript staircase on 31st to get there (since it’s located on the 2nd floor of the building). Once you do, you’ll immediately notice the restaurant’s neon-lit high energy, and will likely start bobbing your head to the DJ spinning his track on vintage vinyl.

In the mornings, their Midtown location, Turntable Coffee & Music — located  down the street from their flagship restaurant on 32nd — is a swanky place where you can chill out to good tunes and good vibes. And, it wouldn’t be a Korean joint without karaoke. In the evenings, this location transforms into Turntable LP Bar & Karaoke, where you can enjoy refreshing cocktails while you rock out to your favorite songs with your friends, in one of their private karaoke rooms.

Turntable’s Korean-style chicken is some of the best you’ll find in the city. Other must-try dishes include modern twists on traditional Korean dishes like Kimchi Fried Rice (with cheese) and Potato Tornado.

They also have a location in East Village.

The restaurant recently announced they’ll be moving their original location on 32nd and 5th, one block away, but have not yet announced their official move date or new address.
